About these terms

These terms of service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Lyffem Int. Ltd., a company registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, trading as "Teethmocure" ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered office is in Lagos, Nigeria.

By accessing or using the Teethmocure website at www.teethmocure.com (the "Site"), placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Material changes will be notified to you via email or a prominent notice on the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Site and place orders. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You may place orders as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at teethmocure@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or in any manner that may cause harm to us or other customers.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order through the Site or via WhatsApp, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. Your order is subject to our acceptance.

A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We typically confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order number and details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued
• We identify a pricing or product description error on the Site
• We are unable to verify your payment or identity
• The delivery address is outside our current service area
• We suspect the order is fraudulent or in violation of these Terms

Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that prices and product information on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you before dispatch to offer you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order, unless we explicitly agree to an alternative arrangement (such as pay-on-delivery where available). We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout, which may include debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods supported by our payment processor (Paystack).

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. We may contact you to resolve the issue, but we are under no obligation to hold stock while a payment issue is being resolved.

Delivery

We currently deliver across Nigeria. Estimated delivery times are:

• Lagos — 1 to 2 business days from dispatch
• Other states within Nigeria — 2 to 5 business days from dispatch

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier availability, weather, public holidays, and access restrictions in your area.

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information where available. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our logistics partner.

Product information and health disclaimer

Product descriptions, images, and other content on this Site are provided for general information purposes only. While we make every effort to display our products accurately, slight variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing changes.

Teethmocure is a 100% natural herbal oral-care mixture intended for daily oral hygiene. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, dental or health advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. You should consult a qualified dentist or healthcare professional for any oral health concerns.

If you experience any adverse reaction to our product, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Please review the ingredients list before use, especially if you have known allergies.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, page design, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of Lyffem Int. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

The name "Teethmocure", our logo, and all related brand elements are trademarks of Lyffem Int. Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Site in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Infringes the rights of any third party
• Introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Site
• Scrapes, mines, or extracts data from the Site without our written permission
• Uses the Site to send unsolicited communications or spam

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 (FCCPA), our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your use of our products shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Nigerian law. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Nigerian law, including those provided by the FCCPA, are not affected by these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lyffem Int. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or civil disturbance.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to mediation in Lagos, Nigeria. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lyffem Int. Ltd. regarding your use of the Site and purchase of our products, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
